Between Zoom calls and school drop-offs, working parents are facing an unprecedented surge in youth mental health challenges. Rising rates of complex issues like eating disorders, suicidality, ADHD, and autism have pushed many families to a breaking point—and most benefit programs weren’t designed for this level of need.
In this fireside chat, a leading global employer and a top psychologist will share how forward-thinking companies are building benefits that support families across every age and stage—from early intervention to crisis care. You’ll discover how connected, proactive support not only improves outcomes for kids but also reduces long-term costs and helps parents stay engaged and resilient at work.
